Life at Fellowship

Culture

Bible Preaching

Clear, practical preaching from God's Word is at the center of every service.

Real Worship

We gather to worship the Lord through singing, prayer, and Scripture.

Church Family

We are a place where we know one another and grow together in Christ.

Gospel Mission

We desire to reach Fairmont and the world with the news of Jesus Christ.

Our Beliefs

Doctrine

The Word of God

We believe the Bible is the inspired and preserved Word of God and the final authority for what we believe and how we live. (2 Tim. 3:16–17; Ps. 119:89)

The One True God

We believe there is one true God who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (Matt. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14)

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus is God's eternal Son who became man by the virgin birth, died for our sins, and rose from the grave. (John 1:14; 1 Cor. 15:3–4)

Man and Sin

We believe man was created by God but fell through sin, and every person is separated from God and unable to save himself. (Rom. 3:23; 6:23)

Salvation

We believe Jesus Christ died as our sin substitute and that salvation is received by grace through faith in Him alone. (Eph. 2:8–9; Acts 16:31)

Sanctification

We believe the Christian life is lived by faith as believers depend upon the life of Christ and walk in the Holy Spirit’s power. (Gal. 2:20; Rom. 6:11–14)

Eternal Security

We believe those who truly trust Christ are forgiven, made new, and kept forever by the power of God. (John 10:28–29; 2 Tim. 1:12)

Baptism

We believe those who trust Christ should publicly identify with Him through baptism by immersion in water. (Acts 2:41; 8:36-38)

The Local Church

We believe the church is a body of saved and baptized believers who worship God, grow in His Word, and share the gospel. (Acts 2:41-42)

Our Mission

Vision

Knowing Christ.

Growing in His Word.

Going with the gospel.

Fellowship exists to help people know Christ, grow in His word, and go with the gospel. Every part of our ministry—from preaching and worship to discipleship and outreach—flows from that mission.

Growing Families

Together

At Fellowship, we want every member of the family to grow in Christ. Throughout the week there are opportunities for children, teens, and adults to learn God’s Word, build friendships, and grow together in their faith.

What to expect

Our services are centered on worship and the preaching of God’s Word. We sing hymns together, spend time in prayer, and hear a message from the Bible. Our desire is that everything we do points people to Christ.

You’ll find a friendly church family that is glad you came.

What to bring

You’re welcome to come just as you are. Many people bring a Bible, but if you don’t have one, we’ll gladly provide one for you. If you’re visiting with children, we have nursery and children’s ministries available.

Most people dress modestly and respectfully, but there is no strict dress code.

We'd love to have you join us this Sunday!
